This is when you’ll view the final set of images from your portrait session for the very first time. During this appointment, you’ll be able to select your favorite images and decide on the final art pieces that we will be creating for you.
We’ll begin by viewing your very best images from your session together – arguably the best part for our families. Don’t worry if the tears well up, we always have a tissue box within arm’s reach!
Following the presentation, you’ll be able to examine each image more closely and refine your selections. We’ll highlight the different ways you can display your images and digitally demonstrate how your images will look on your very own walls. This way, you’re able to make your selections confidently and with ease. Finally, we’ll review every detail before submitting your portrait order.

Things to know for your ordering appointment
Please come prepared.
All orders and payment for orders are due at the ordering appointment.
Any decision-makers should be present.
Any design work for albums and custom cards must be approved by the client.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for general artwork production.
Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.
You will have an opportunity to inspect each product when you pick up your order to ensure satisfaction with your art products.
