I often get asked what is included with my photography session packages. I was packing up a client’s session, and thought I would take a few pictures to show everyone.
Even session includes an online gallery of the images, for easy sharing with family and friends. In addition, I also include a USB of the images, and a proofbook. The proofbook is easily my favorite part!
The proofbook is a 5 x 7 booklet of prints from your session, spiral bound together. I know that I am a little old fashioned, and prefer a printed picture over looking at them online. I wanted to pass that onto my clients. Actual printed pictures, in an easy to share way. The best thing about these proofbooks, is they fit in just about every purse. It’s the perfect size to carry with you, and to show off printed pictures of your family – instead of handing off your phone or tablet.
Another great thing about the proofbooks, is they are professionally printed. They are printed by my lab, and true to the colors of the images on your USB. Local printing labs (like Walgreens and Walmart) and online printing services (like Shutterfly) do not properly calibrate their printers, resulting in images with green or red tints, too much contrast, and other printing flaws that can impact how your images look. These proofbooks are a great preview of what your images look like from a professional printer, using high grade ink, professional paper, and proper colors.
These packages are included with all of my regular sessions. There is an option to upgrade to them with mini-sessions too.
